Please bring with you, your original receipt and the watch needs to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item must be returned in brand new condition.
If you are posting the item back then we will send you pre-paid packaging to send your watch back to us fully insured at our cost, you just have to drop it off at a local post office*
* Please note this only applies to online customers within the United Kingdom who purchased a wrist watch over £500 (does not apply to straps/watch winders), customer outside the UK who want a refund will need organise safe transportation of the product back to us at their cost. Simply email us with your request for a pre-paid package.
