We believe in exploring new brands and new ideas, we are always interested in the launch of new products and believe we have helped many watch brands to launch in the UK and to be highly successful. We hold regular store events and invite all our previous customers, these range from exclusive new product launches to celebrating a brand's birthday.
Jura Watches was started by Matthew Warren in 2007 to help customers who wanted to look online to buy and find information about luxury watches. The idea evolved to became more than just a watch retailer but to try and offer something unique, a different sales environment which was more relaxed and used modern technology like touch screens.
Being a pure watch retailer, our staff are experts with our products, we pride ourselves on our technical knowledge of the products we sell and we take care to learn about all our watches, inside and out. We encourage customers or watch fans to visit the store for a friendly chat, you will not find the hard sell at our store, just passionate watch enthusiasts.
In 2010 we launched our virtual watch application, which allowed you to try on a watch at home in front of your computer, using just your web cam. This augmented reality technology is cutting edge and we were the first company to launch such as web based app. We were one of the finalist for the Retail Week Technology awards.
