The 856 builds upon Sinn's 656 collection – a UTC complication and a larger case size have been added. The watch is equipped with ETA 2893-2 automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 21 bearing jewels. Sinn's Tegiment technology is used to add even more strength to the stainless steel case. The timepiece is also equipped with extreme protection against magnetic fields. Additional features include dehumidifying technology, a date window at the 4 o'clock mark, a small yellow hand indicating the second time zone, pressure resistance, nickel-free case back and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
