Hamilton has launched the new Jazzmaster Auto Chrono.
"Modernity is king in the confidently contemporary shaping of the case and the dial design," the brand says of its new timepiece. "In its entirety, the Hamilton Jazzmaster Auto Chrono is a picture of sophistication that masters usability and reliability."
The Hamilton Jazzmaster Auto Chrono is powered by the new H-21 movement, and "uses the latest innovations in watchmaking to improvise on the proven melody represented by its original version."
The watch has a stainless steel case measuring 42 mm, and a silver dial featuring 'Clous de Paris' decoration and contrasting rose gold-coloured indexes. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal has been specially shaped to enable maximum dial visibility, and there is a date display at 4 o'clock. The watch offers water resistance to 100 metres and comes with a crocodile pattern brown leather strap.
Hamilton's calibre H-21 movement is based on the Valjoux 7750, with some key modifications: the spiral is glittered to increase accuracy and stability; the mainspring is longer to increase power reserve up to 60 hours; and the automatic device bridge has been personalised with a 'H' pattern.
