Nomos Glashutte Watch Date Mechanism Review

Luxury watch brand Nomos Glashutte has now made the patented date mechanism on its watches even bigger.
Its Tangente Orion and Ludwig watches now feature the larger date mechanism. The brand notes that the typography of each date ring has been designed with each specific model in mind.
In order to make room for the added technology of the new date mechanism, the watch case has had to be made a little larger and 2.5-3mm has been added to the cases of the watches that feature the mechanism.
Mirko Heyne, a designer for Nomos Glashutte watches, said: "We love simple and elegant solutions. It's nice that the patented Nomos date mechanism works in almost all of our models, even when it's enlarged."
