Returns

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016. Orders placed from 1 November 2016 can be returned up until 14th January 2017 and are subject to our returns policy. We offer Free Next Day Delivery within the UK for all orders over £30 (under and its just £2.50) . In stock orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day between Monday to Friday.


UK Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, which is a next day service and fully insured. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas please order by 4pm on 23rd December for In Stock items. We do also offer international delivery Different billing and shipping address: We may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address. Orders processed using finance can only be delivered to your billing address.


We offer a 30 day money back gaurantee on all orders. Simply either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our stores. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return you item.

In the case of wanting to return an item, Simply either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our shops, please fill in the form below.

Please return your item along with the original receipt. The watch will need to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item must be returned complete with the original box in brand new condition. This refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for our stores policy's please contact the store directly. Any sale or items which have had a price reduction of any sort must be returned within 14 days.

Please note some strap replacements are special orders and these are non returnable. In any case where an order has been requested to have been personalised, adjusted or resized we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, and would not be covered under our standard returns policy.

Simply post the item back to the following address, we would recommend sending it back using Royal Mail special delivery.

For orders under £1,000 the return cost is covered by the customer, Orders over £1,000 we will cover the cost to return, using Royal Mail Special Delivery up to £10. Please note that any additional insurance taken out is at the customers expense. Please also fill in the form below, so we can process your return quicker.

We aim to process the refund the same day we receive it but please allow up to 7 days for this to be processed.

If an item is received damaged to the watch or its packaging, we require for this to be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the item.

Unfortunately items which have been worn or display signs of wear are unable to be returned for a full refund.
