Grand Seiko 130th Anniversary Watch Review

Luxury watch brand Grand Seiko has launched three new limited edition watches as part of its 130th anniversary commemorative collection.
All three of the new watches feature a newly created mechanical hand-winding movement named Caliber 9S64. It has a 3-day power reserve and has been developed exclusively for Grand Seiko.
The watches are designed as a homage to the original 1960 Grand Seiko model. The balance spring is also made of another recently developed shock-resistant and anti-magnetic alloy.
A spokesperson for Grand Seiko watches said: These new components contribute to its reliable and precise performance; its timekeeping precision is -3 to +5 seconds per day a level that is confirmed in every case by testing to the very exacting Grand Seiko standard the highest published standard in the industry.
