Hamilton Aviation X-Wind Automatic is a very functional timepiece, packed with practical complications. The watch is equipped with Swiss-made Valjoux 7750 automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 25 bearing jewels. The chronograph of the timepiece comes with a 60-second, a 30-minute and a 12-hour register. A day and date display is positioned at the 9 o'clock mark. X-Wind Automatic features a bi-directional exterior bezel and two interior rotating bezels. These are used to calculate wind and aircraft speed – the perfect tools for a pilot. Additional useful features include luminous dial elements for improved night time visibility, see-through case back, screwed-in crown and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass.
