RADO Watches - Brothers Fritz, Ernst and Werner Schlup founded clockwork factory in 1917 in the Swiss town of Lengnau. The first Rado watch collection was presented in 1957. Innovative technologies and unusual solutions have been Rado’s trademark since the company’s establishment. It created the first scratch-resistant watch, as well as the world’s hardest watch. Apart from technology, Rado puts emphasis on design. Over the past 20 years, Rado has won 30 international design awards. Only the best materials are good enough for Rado watches. Hardness alone is not enough: innovation, solidity, and skin-friendliness are just as important.
