.This preowned IWC Schaffhausen watch belongs to the Maison’s dedicated line of luxury pilot’s watches and pays homage to the French flying pioneer and writer Antoine de Saint Exupery. Its sumptuous brown dial is matched with the watch’s brown calfskin leather strap which features slight wearing. This element in the watch’s design is inspired by the famous pilot’s flying jacket. Also supplied with a NATO strap, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII Edition Antoine de Saint Exupery watch can be transformed to create a more casual look on the wrist. The back of the model’s 40mm stainless steel case is engraved with the Lockheed P38 Lightning aircraft depiction while the front is sealed with an anti reflective pane of sapphire crystal glass.

The dial features the classic luminous Arabic numeral hour track and central hands, complete with a legible date window at 3 o’clock. This men’s preowned IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII model is powered by the 35111 Calibre, equipped with a soft iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields. This automatic movement provides a 42 hour power reserve and boasts traditional Cotes de Geneve decoration. Paying tribute to the Lockheed P38 Lightning aircraft which took the pilot on his final flight over the south of France on 31 July 1944, this preowned IWC Pilot’s Watch is a timepiece with plenty of character and charm. The case, equipped with 60 meter water resistance, is in good condition and comes complete with full presentation box and papers, along with a warranty dated 06/07/18.
