TAG Heuer Aquaracer 300M Watch Review
Wednesday - 26 November 2014
The TAG Heuer Aquaracer is inspired by the Heuer aquatic watches of the past, with an elegant yet sporty design. Developed to meet the extreme requirements of professional watersports, the Aquaracer is described as "the most resistant and reliable timepiece of its generation".
Each of these TAG Heuer watches is fully water and shock resistant, designed to suit those that spend time diving, sailing, riding, surfing and swimming. The Aquaracer 300M has a new, modern bezel design with six ergonomic studs, making it easy to set while wearing gloves. The bezel can be used to measure time limits or elapsed dive time, and can only be turned in one direction for safety.
The bracelet features a folding clasp with double security to prevent accidental opening, and comes with a special diving extension.
The key timepiece of the collection, the TAG Heuer Aquaracer 300M Calibre 5, has a black, blue or anthracite dial with a horizontal streak effect. The 40.5 mm steel case features a polished screw-in crown and scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. A diving bell engraving can be found on the screw-in case back.
