Nomos Glashütte has revealed four new Tetra models with striking dial colours.
The watches were inspired by the "colourful" city of Berlin, home of the Nomos' in-house creative agency where they were designed, and are described as "a little offbeat and very becoming".
The Tetra is the only Nomos Glashütte watch that does not have a round case. Each of the new Tetra models has a 29.5 mm by 29.5 mm square case in stainless steel, and sapphire crystal glass.
The Tetra Kleene has a turquoise dial and is powered by the DUW 4301 calibre. A power reserve indicator is positioned near 1 o'clock.
The Tetra Goldelse (gold dial), Tetra Clärchen (green dial) and Tetra Nachtijall (midnight blue dial) are all powered by the hand-wound Nomos Alpha calibre.
The Clärchen, Kleene and Nachtijall each have a lacquered dial, while the Goldelse has a galvanised gold-coloured dial. The hands are gold-plated, and each version comes with a grey velour strap.
The Tetra Berlin set will be presented at Baselworld 2014.
