At its centre, the Montblanc Star Legacy Chronograph Day Date watch houses the Calibre MB 25.07 automatic winding movement which alongside a frequency of 28,800vph provides 25 jewels and a power reserve of 48 hours. The central hands for hours, minutes and chronograph seconds, day and date window at 3 o’clock and three subsidiary dials for small seconds, 30 minutes and 12 hours are presented on an exploding silvery-white guilloche dial with rose gold Arabic numerals and Superluminova coated leaf-shaped hands. To protect the Swiss manufacture within and provide a water resistant rating of 30 metres, the 43mm stainless steel case is equipped with a non-screw onion-shaped crown decorated with the famous Montblanc star emblem and domed sapphire crystal glass, a material famed for its scratch resistance and anti-reflective coating.
