6 Watches Guaranteed To Take You Through Summer 2025 and Beyond

https://www.jurawatches.co.uk/

Our team of enthusiasts here at Jura Watches has compiled the ultimate list of must-have watches to take you through the warmer months this year. Check out these six best Summer 2025 watches.

Heritage watches, coloured dials, and solar-powered models are just a few of the trends emerging in time for Summer 2025. But with so many new and exciting releases to explore from Watches & Watches Geneva, refining your search can be the biggest challenge. To make things easier, our team of watch enthusiasts have compiled a list of 6 must-have summer watches for 2025. They range from classic sports watches to unconventional worldtimers and big, bold racing-inspired models. With a big focus on colour this year and a mix of watchmaking origins, including brands with German and Italian roots, not to mention some Swiss hard-hitters, too, you’re sure to find something that perfectly aligns with what you have planned for the warmer months this year. Ready…set…go!

Bell & Ross BR-X5 Blue LUM Limited Edition

Kicking this guide off to a strong start, we have the vibrantly luminous blue BR-X5 watch from Bell & Ross. It’s an appealing proposition since there are only 500 pieces around. The limited edition watch follows the more aggressively sporty BR 05 design language. But this is much more than just a “last year’s watch, now in blue” iteration. The lashings of luminous material that transform this watch from a rugged sports watch during the day to a complete symbol of stealth at night are rendered in a tangibly pleasant light powder blue hue.

The dimensions of the new Bell & Ross BR-X5 Blue LUM Limited Edition measure 41mm (width) and 12.8mm (thick). A screw-down crown helps the black sandblasted titanium case uphold its 100M water resistance. Along with the dial details, the luminous LM3D (photoluminescent composite) case components provide quite the spectacle as night falls, infusing the wrist with utilitarian status. What’s more, a smoked caseback showcases the Calibre BR-CAL.323 as it performs, delivering 70 hours of power reserve for those periods away from the wrist. If you’re hoping to make an impact with your choice of luxury watch this summer, the BR-X5 Blue LUM watch certainly won’t let you down with its bold design that shines brightest when the lights are down.

TAG Heuer Watch Carrera Day Date

Summer 2025 calls for something classic and evergreen, like the timeless Carrera by TAG Heuer. The model exudes the Swiss watchmaker’s signature blue hue across its surface in an indulgent sunray effect. Meanwhile, features such as the slender hands, faceted hour markers, and day-date window at 3 o’clock constitute the perfect daily beater, especially since the model wraps securely to the wrist with a three-link stainless steel bracelet, perfect for pairing with an odd suit now and again. Flip the watch over, and you’ll see the engraved Victory Wreath that honours the brand’s legacy in motorsport.

Panerai Watch Luminor Marina 44mm

What better way to set a summer trend than with an emblematic timepiece like the Panerai Luminor Marina? This year at Watches & Wonders, Panerai introduced some significant changes to the collection, equipping the new designs with a remarkable 500-meter water resistance and incorporating a new movement – the P.980 Calibre. The movement features a traversing balance bridge and a stop-second mechanism that ensures the highest precision and quality performance. Even more minor upgrades, such as the X2 Super-LumiNova material used on the hands and hour markers, make a considerable difference to the Luminor Marina’s functionality as a summer watch. The dial details now glow 10% brighter. At the same time, a see-through exhibition window on the rear of the case enables you to immerse yourself in Panerai’s world of mechanical expertise whenever you wish.

Nomos Glashutte Watch Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer

Nomos did a bold thing this year. It released its first worldtimer in a range of 8 enticing and wholly unusual colours. Among the options are Magma, Jungle, and Volcano iterations, but if we had to choose just one favourite, it would have to be the Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer Dune. Its desert-like tones make for a refreshing change for the wrist. No other brand is combining colours in quite the same way, that’s for sure. The German watchmaker situates the 24 different time zones around the periphery of the dial in a contrasting colour, while a 24-hour sub-dial resides at 3 o’clock for a second time zone. The practical case, measuring 9.9mm, is ideal for slipping under the cuff of a business suit if you frequently travel for work. Overall, the Club Sport Neomatik Worldtimer is designed for daily life and travel this summer. Additionally, the fact that six of these options are limited to 175 pieces each further enhances the exclusivity of wearing a Nomos on the wrist this summer.

TAG Heuer Watch Formula 1 Solargraph

The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph watch packs a punch on the wrist, that’s for sure. And if you liked the Formula 1 x Kith of last year, you’ll love these new releases. Now available in a non-limited range, TAG Heuer takes inspiration from its earlier 1980s models, except these don’t feature the fibreglass construction that their ancestors did. The new TAG Heuer Formula 1 Solargraph watches feature a mix of stainless steel in a sandblasted or matte black PVD-coated finish, combined with the company’s innovative TH-Polylight material.

The bio-based polyamide is both durable and lightweight, making it an ideal material for use in a sports watch like this. Meanwhile, the chunky-looking bezel of this model presents itself in a sporty yellow hue with the same colour repeated in the supple rubber band and the minutes around the rehaut. The talking point of these new TAG Heuer Formula 1 watches, however, is their solar-powered capability. The La Joux-Perret engine can run for 10 months on just 40 hours of charging and can function for up to 15 years without needing a battery replacement, making this TAG Heuer watch the ultimate companion for the summer and beyond.

Oris Watch Big Crown Pointer Date Calibre 403 Green 01 403 7799 4067-07 6 20 09FC

Last up is the modern Pointer Date from Oris’ Big Crown collection. Extending on the manufacturer’s post-2021 modes, these new Big Crown Pointer Date watches see the coin-edge bezel replaced with a smoother design and the cathedral hands swapped out for faceted hands. Even so, the watches sacrifice nothing in the way of old pilot watch charm. Oris offers two size options – a 40mm and a 34mm - though the smaller versions don’t feature a pointer hand. Among the larger options, you can enjoy a range of new colours, including terracotta, pistachio green, lilac, yellow, and blue, as well as a choice between a more affordable Sellita movement or Oris’ in-house Calibre 403. The green dial has to be our favourite at the moment. Fresh enough for summer but classic at the same time, the traditional-looking brown leather strap complements the design nicely, while the back of the case showcases the performance of the Calibre 403 through an exhibition window as it operates.
