“Perfecting the Perfection”
Nostalgically, reflecting on their early days, their roots, the foundations that Fortis have built their empire upon became the important focus of the brand for Baselworld 2016. A sense of ‘Perfecting the Perfection’ - to truly evaluate and analysis every intricate detail that could improve each timepiece no matter how small. To revisit collections from the 80s and 90s, that with today’s technology could be transformed into a new revised form exceeded expectations of their era. An exciting viewpoint that has always kept their founder’s (Walter Vogt) motto close at heart - ‘Perfecting the Perfection.’ Fortis bravely ‘take one step into the past, while taking two steps into the future.’
