MeisterSinger Rodella Limited Edition Watch Review
Thursday - 14 February 2013
Described by MeisterSinger as "one of the old masters of timekeeping", Rodella made single-handed six-hour clocks that were placed on historically important buildings throughout Italy.
"Rodella’s approach to decelerated time-measurement chimes perfectly with our own,” says Manfred Brassler, founder and CEO of MeisterSinger. “So our Rodella six-hour watches are a fitting memorial to him and to the relaxed way of Italian life. The Rodella is definitely one for the watch aficionado."
The MeisterSinger Rodella Limited Edition is inspired by the classic elements of Rodella's clocks, and is limited to just 48 pieces. It has a 43 mm steel case with a sapphire crystal, white dial and Roman numerals. An outer ring on the dial displays the minutes, while an inner and middle ring shows the hour. The hand makes four full rotations every 24 hours.
The watch comes with a brown leather strap, and is available now for £2,385.
