Thursday - 31 January 2013
The new model has been designed with a larger case size (45 mm) and can withstand further depths of up to 2,000 metres.
The Bremont Supermarine 2000 features the brand's unique Trip-Tick three-piece case construction and has been treated for strength using Bremont's B-EBE2000 technology. It has an 'Anti-Shock' COSC certified movement, and the balance, balance spring and escapement are protected from the effects of magnetisation through an Anti-Magnetic faraday cage. Additional features include a Helium Escape valve, a crown protector built onto the side of the inner barrel, and a sapphire uni-directional rotating bezel.
The watch has a metal dial, with SuperLumiNova coating on the applied indexes, hands and bezel for increased visibility in the dark. It has a domed anti-reflective, scratch resistant sapphire crystal, and comes with an integrated rubber strap or stainless steel bracelet.
