Friday - 28 December 2012
B.R.M has launched a limited edition chronograph in tribute to its partnership with Laponie Ice Driving.
Laponie Ice Driving gives motorsports fans the opportunity to drive high-powered sports cars on a frozen lake in Swedish Lapland. The 741-acre lake is specially constructed every winter to include 9 reproductions of renowned car racing circuits, and the cars are specifically prepared for the ice and extreme cold.
In honour of its partnership, B.R.M has created a watch designed in the colours of Laponie Ice Driving. Based on the B.R.M V12-44, the automatic chronograph with tachymeter is limited to just 20 pieces.
The timepiece has a 44 mm titanium case, with brushed stainless steel pushers and lugs. It has a black strap with orange stitching, and offers water resistance to 100 metres. The Laponie Ice Driving logo is engraved on the black dial and brushed stainless steel crown.
