New Breitling Watch Ad Campaign Starring John Travolta

John Travolta continues his partnership with Breitling with the launch of a new advertising campaign.
Travolta has been associated with Breitling for eight years, with the brand reporting that it was his childhood dream to "fly every day and to wear a Navitimer". As well as a successful acting career, Travolta is an experienced pilot with over 6,000 flight hours and is certified on eight types of aircraft. "He shares the same spirit and the same constant quest for performance," Breitling says.
The new advertising campaign was shot by French photographer Frédéric Imbert. The image features Travolta standing next to a Mustang P-51 on the runway of the Air & Space Port in Mojave, California. He is wearing a Breitling Navitimer 01, with its famous aviation slide rule and Breitling Calibre 01 movement. A 'behind the scenes' video was also released, showing the making of the campaign.

The Navitimer is described as "the ultimate chronograph legend" in reference to its cult status in the world of aviation. The watch has a 43 mm steel case, cambered sapphire crystal, and comes with a black leather strap.
