SevenFriday M2-2 Black PVD Watch Review
Tuesday - 19 May 2015
SevenFriday introduce the M2-2 Black PVD masterpiece last week demonstrating their passion for innovative and unique watches.
The luxury brand claim that the M2-2 “could be the best model yet!” so let’s explore further to uncover why. To begin with the stainless steel case has undergone a 5N rose gold PVD treatment for a beautiful and exquisite touch on a masculine shape and design. The matte gold colouring is lifted from the industrial inspiration that SevenFriday regular refers to. In particular, pipework is to blame for the chosen shade that is injected into the watch dial as a subtle yet striking accent colour.
The generous size accommodates the unique yet fully functional dial that many SevenFriday timepieces adopt. The layered watch face is protected by the hardened and antireflective treated mineral glass for durability and legibility. The hour plate, which is hollowed out by a CNC machine circles the dial reaching the marker to indicate the hour. An inner minute and seconds dial completes the reading of the time in a sophisticated and unique way. The rose gold markings stand out delicately against the black background. The caseback grandly presents a technical engraving in the rose gold coating providing a luxury and exquisite feature to the masterpiece. To finish the SevenFriday M2-2 Black PVD has a calf suede leather strap.
Are you convinced that the SevenFriday M2-2 Black PVD is the best model yet? Take a closer look to find out! Remember to explore the whole of the SevenFriday collection first to make an informed decision.
