The AOPA is recognised as the ‘world’s largest, most influential aviation membership association’ and a close connection to the luxury watch brand. Breitling wishes to commemorate the organisation’s strong passion for aviation by designing a stunning timepiece in their honour. The anniversary timepiece is inspired by the original 1954 Navitimer featuring the existing circular slide rule; a necessity for pilots who require to perform calculations during a flight.
