SevenFriday Watches Raise £65,000 For Autism Charity

SevenFriday has donated £65,000 to the autism charity Prior's Court following the sales of a special edition watch.
Prior's Court is a non-profit UK charity that provides education and residential care for young people with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs. In order to raise funds for the foundation, SevenFriday created a special edition watch, limited to 100 pieces, with 100% of the proceeds donated directly to Prior's Court.
The special SevenFriday watches were based on the iconic P3-1 design, updated with blue highlights to represent the Prior's Court colour scheme. The charity logo was engraved on the case back.
The £65,000 donation will go towards new outdoor and wet weather play equipment for young people across the UK. Prior's Court encourages all of its young people to participate in physical exercise, as it is a key strategy in reducing anxiety, increase attention and learning to self-calm. The outdoor play areas will also help the children to develop their social interaction skills with staff and their peers.
