Maurice Lacroix has introduced its newest brand ambassador: Bruno Collin, Editor of WAD magazine.
WAD is dedicated to fashion and urban culture, and is described by Maurice Lacroix as "one of the coolest publications in the world". Bruno Collin co-founded the magazine in 1999 with his friend, Brice Compagnon.
Collin wears a Maurice Lacroix Pontos S in orange, and highlights its relevance as an object of style: "When you work in the fashion you love beautiful things, beautiful objects," Collin said. "We no longer need a watch to know the time. There is the time on our computers or our phones. The watch is an accessory to refine a look. The watch is probably the first men's jewellery."
The Maurice Lacroix Pontos S has a 43 mm stainless steel case that is water resistant to 200 metres, and comes with a durable NATO strap with dynamic orange and black stripes. The timepiece features a winding crown, two pushpieces shaped for a better grip, and an inner rotating bezel. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, and is equipped with Swiss automatic ML caliber 112 (base ETA Valijoux 7750) movement with 25 jewels 28800 vph and a power reserve of 46 hours.
