The rotating bezel with minute ratcheting and luminous key markings is scratch resistant, which is guaranteed by the use of TEGIMENT Technology that hardens the surface. To prove that the U1 Camouflage is suitable for professional diving, Sinn has allowed for the classification company DVV GL to test the reliability, by verifying that the pressure resistance reaches a diving depth of 1,000 metres, and the temperature resistance and functionality is in accordance with the European diving device standards.
The wearer is given the option of choosing a matching green silicone strap or an olive textile strap depending on preference and the occasion. Both enhance the stunning camouflage dial and look stunning when secured to the wrist. For comfort, the crown is positioned at 4 o’clock preventing unwanted pressure at the back of the hand; a feature that is well thought out and adds a unique touch to the device. Peer through the sapphire crystal glass with anti reflective coating to marvel at the beautiful military inspired dial, that hosts a date display at 3 o’clock and the essential hour, minutes and seconds functions. All are coated with luminescent colour for visibility in restricted lighting especially at dangerous depths.
