Raymond Weil Watch Partners with Royal Albert Hall
Wednesday - 10 July 2013
The Royal Albert Hall was opened in 1871 and is London's most iconic concert hall, best known for hosting the annual summer Proms concerts - an eight-week summer season of daily classical music concerts, broadcast live by the BBC. Other events at the Hall include opera, ballet, pop music and film premieres.
The new partnership further strengthens Raymond Weil's commitments to music, and the brand will now launch a multi-channel media campaign to promote the Royal Albert Hall to its global customer base.
"We are thrilled to have signed as the Official Timing Partner to the Royal Albert Hall as music has always been at the centre of the Raymond Weil universe," Raymond Weil Director Elie Bernheim said. "Collection names evoke the impassioned stories and brilliant melodies that provide the family with our inspiration: parsifal, maestro, nabucco and more."
Olivier Bernheim, CEO and President of Raymond Weil, added: "Music and luxury watchmaking have a lot in common: the creativity of the artist - musician, composer, designer, watchmaker - and the precision needed to achieve the highest performance. This new partnership with the Royal Albert Hall symbolises everything that our brand stands for and brings to life the multi-faceted personalities of both Raymond Weil and the Royal Albert Hall in terms of supporting all music genres and using these as inspiration."
