Bremont Watch Wins UKJA Luxury Watch Brand of the Year

Bremont was named Luxury Watch Brand of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards 2012.
The 19th annual award ceremony was hosted by radio DJ Lauren Laverne at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on July 12th. 600 guests attended the event to celebrate a year of success in the jewellery and watch industry.
The award for Luxury Watch Brand of the Year recognises Bremont's well-manufactured product, pioneering marketing and point-of-sale support, as well as its strong commercial appeal and design principles. Retail Jeweller Editor Laura McCreddie said: "Bremont has gone from strength to strength in the last two years. The watch fraternity love the brand and so do its stockists, as this award, which is judged by the stockists, proves. A well-deserved win for this brand that is really flying the flag for the British watch industry."
This is the second UK Jewellery Award for Bremont, as the brand was presented Watch Brand of the Year in 2011.
"The watch market is filled with some wonderful and unique brands and we are truly humbled to be voted this award two years in a row," said Bremont co-founder Giles English. "We feel we really are creating something different and special in our watches but without the support of retailers and press we would not be in this position, so a big thank you for all of the support we have been getting, and I hope we can continue to add our small contribution to the history of British watch making."
The night was a double success for the brand as it launched the limited edition Bremont Victory watch on board the HMS Victory in Portsmouth.
