Win A Seiko Watch

Car Magazine is offering readers the chance to win a Seiko watch worth £395.

The watch competition has been launched to celebrate a decade of Seiko’s motoring and motorsport-inspired watches which recognise the relationship between great cars and watches.

All you need to do to win is answer the following multiple choice question: “Who is the reigning F1 World Champion?”.
Car Magazine makes many comparisons between cars and Seiko watches, such as the instrument panel of a sports car being like Sportura dials in that they are both instantly legible and both have a jet-black background with orange or red hands, and a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating.

It says that, also like a car, “Sportura watches come with a choice of engine; a high-quality quartz or Seiko’s radical Kinetic movement, which collects the energy generated by the movement of your wrist, like an automatic watch, but uses it to power a hyper-accurate quartz movement.”

The publication highlights Seiko’s new Sportura chronographs and says the watches prove the brand’s credentials for creating excellent working tool for racers. The watches have been made so that gloves easily fit around the case and so that they’re easy to use when driving at high-speed.
All the Sportura Seiko watches are water-resistant to 10 bar too.

Think you know the answer to the question? Enter now to win a Seiko watch. You have until 18th May 2011 to be in with a chance of winning.
