TAG Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 5 Watch Review
Friday - 24 April 2015
TAG Heuer launch the new Aquaracer Calibre 5 taking inspiration from the superb Heuer aquatic watches over the years.
The luxury brand ensures that the timepiece is both an object of beauty, comfortable to wear and functional for the intended usage. The Aquaracer is designed to contend with the extreme conditions of professional water sports. The sports chronograph commemorates TAG Heuer’s expertise and their dedication to producing ultra reliable watchmaking to withhold extreme circumstances. It is a masterpiece intended to withstand an active lifestyle yet wants to remain stylish simultaneously.
The newest interpretation of this model has a water resistance of up to 300M to ensure that water sport professionals can still read the time when immersed in deep water levels. As mentioned previously TAG Heuer did not compromise on classic style with a sleek steel case with alternates polished and brushed surfaces. The unidirectional rotating bezel is altered to remain flat at the bottom instead of pointed and features engraved numbers rather than black-lacquered to create a different finish. Choose from a black, silver, blue or anthracite coloured dial complete with a H-link bracelet. However, the black dial is also available with a new rubber strap for an alternative look. The 40.5mm dial provides room to accommodate the bold triangular markings and a date display at 3 o’clock.
Overall, the appearance of the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 5 is sleek, strong and stylish for water sport enthusiasts who are also concerned with style.
