The Engineer Hydrocarbon collection by Ball has been designed to brag exceptional water resistance of 300 metres. The Engineer Hydrocarbon Chronograph is equipped with Swiss-made Valjoux 7750 automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 25 bearing jewels. The timepiece is protected from shock and magnetic influences. It is capable of functioning in harsh conditions and temperatures of up to -40 degrees Celsius. Dial elements are illuminated through the use of 30 self-powered micro gas tubes that glow 100 times brighter than luminous paint. The chronograph has a 30-minute and a 12-hour register. Additional functionalities include day and date display at 3 o'clock, uni-directional elapsed time bezel, patented crown protection system, engraved case back and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
