It is equipped with BE-50AE, a modification of Valjoux 7750-SO BI AC automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 28 bearing jewels. A 42-hour power reserve is available for the convenience of the wearer. Other characteristics include glucydur balance, Anachron balance spring and Nivaflex 1 mainspring. The movement is certified by Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronométres (COSC) – the Swiss institute that tests chronometers. A date display is positioned at the 6 o’clock mark. The watch’s chronograph comes with a 60-second and a 30-minute counter. Additional useful features include luminous dial elements, see-through case back, Bremont Trip-Trick stainless steel case construction and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
