Rado is Official Watch Partner of Queen's Club Tennis Tournament

Rado has been named Official Watch Partner and Timekeeper of the Aegon tennis championships at Queen's Club in London.

The Aegon Championships is ranked as one of the world's top tennis tournaments and serves as a key warm-up for Wimbledon - 25 of the last 27 men to win the singles title at Wimbledon won at Queen's in the same year. World number four and defending champion Andy Murray and four-time champion Andy Roddick have already been confirmed for this year's event, taking place from 11th-17th June 2012.
The Queen's Club was the world's first multi-purpose sports complex when it opened in 1886, with Queen Victoria as its first patron. The Swiss watch brand describes it as an "exceptional sporting venue" and believes this new partnership "celebrates a shared passion for achieving firsts and evident talent for obtaining iconic status".

The Rado D-Star 200 has been named as the official watch of the 2012 tournament. It is a descendant of the Rado DiaStar, the world's first scratch-resistant watch launched in 1962, offering robustness and performance that makes it an "ideal partner" for tennis and other sports. The D-Star 200 is made from stainless steel and high-tech ceramic, offers water resistance to 20 bar, and is equipped with Swiss automatic movement.
