I spent a lot of time searching the internet for my ideal watch. I came across the Jura Watches web site and saw their Bremont watches. They had an ALT1-C in stock. It was perfect for my needs. Since finding your company online I have never ceased to be impressed with your level of customer service and the levels of attention you give to your customers. I have bought 2 Ball watches from you. The first one required extra links for the bracelet which I received quickly and free of charge. I might be cynical but I just did not expect this from a British business! Not only that but my next purchase already had the extra links fitted. Your staff, when I have spoken to them, are both helpful and very professional. As a watch collector ( mainly vintage ) and contributor to Timezone, Equation of Time and Watchuseek, I have recommended you wholeheartedly to fellow collectors. Thank you for your service - it makes spending money on a high quality watch a lot more enjoyable when the service you receive is so good. I am planning to get a female Ball model in the near future and will be going nowhere else. I also ought to come and see a Ball Conductor watch in person - I am Assistant Conductor of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and feel I ought to own one!!

I have nothing but praise for the customer service provided by your company. I ordered the Dizzy Gillespie watch as a surprise birthday present for my husband and the order was placed late at night. Initially there were problems with the payment as my bank looked at the transaction as "unusual" and blocked it. I was contacted the next day, I managed to get the block lifted from the bank and your staff confirmed straight back to me that the payment had gone through and I would receive the watch the next day. This duly happened, the watch arrived well packed and in tact, I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of my family and friends who were looking to buy something special.
