Pre-Paid Returns Packaging To send your watch to us for free. | Refund and Exchange Policy If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase a watch you may request a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. The only conditions of this policy is that the item is undamaged and has not been opened or used and the item is returned to our address. We will send you pre-paid packaging to send your watch back to us fully insured at our cost, you just have to drop it off at a local post office. Please email help@jurawatches.co.uk with your order number to request a refund and we will send out the pre-paid packaging. |
