Glycine Airman SST Chronograph Watch Review

Designer watch brand Glycine has unveiled the new Airman SST Chronograph, which is the 24th generation of its Airman watches.

The new watch is based on an original watch model, which was launched in 1968 and was Glycine’s first chronograph. The original Glycine watch is now a key collector’s item as only around 100 pieces were produced.

Glycine has now decided to revive the model, combining the design and beauty of the original with today’s modern technological capabilities. Like the original model, the Airman ST Chronograph has a 43mm diameter steel case and a 14-sided screwed steel bezel.

The watch is specifically designed with comfort in mind, and attention has been paid to ergonomic details. The back also has an aeroplane engraved into the steel – the aeroplane which the watch was originally named after but which was never built.
