Presented in rich chocolate brown tones and enveloped in an indulgent 18ct rose gold case, the Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44 watch signifies yet another remodelling of one of the world’s most iconic designs. The mechanical watch is powered by one of Breitling’s carefully crafted in house self winding movements, offering a running time of 70 hours and a performance of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01 is revealed through the back of the watch’s case via a sapphire crystal glass exhibition feature. The front of the Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44 watch features a brown ceramic insert on its ratcheted unidirectional rotating bezel – a defining feature of the Chronomat series thanks to its instantly recognisable rider tabs.
In addition to this, the steel and brown Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44 watch is now featured on a supple brown Rouleaux inspired rubber strap, enclosing with a refined folding clasp. The rubber strap is moulded into shape based on the rolling links of the original metal Rouleaux bracelet by state of the art machinery, fitting like a second skin to the wrist. The 200 meter water resistant rose gold Breitling Chronomat watch offers chronograph counters at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock, filled with a contrasting silver hue. A date is also integrated into the 6 o’clock sub counter. The Breitling Calibre 01 provides hours, minutes, seconds, one 4th of a second, 12 hour, 30 minute and date functions whilst protected inside a case equipped with a screw down crown and 2 gaskets for enhanced water tightness.
