To commemorate one of the two colours found in the company’s emblem since it was created in 1913, Montblanc have launched the new Ultra Black Series inclusive of this stunning Montblanc Summit Lite Aluminium Ultra Black Smartwatch. It’s design follows in the footsteps of previous Montblanc Summit wearables with a sleek, lightweight and streamlined finish this time engineered from stealthy black coated stainless steel. To match, the black-on-black look continues through the watch face adorned with an repetitive ‘M’ pattern and the black calfskin leather strap similarly embossed with the capital letter. The case measures to 43mm and is equipped with a 1.19“ AMOLED display with 390 x 390 resolution protected by scratch resistant Gorilla Cover Glass.

From within the Montblanc Summit Lite Ultra Black smartwatch, the Wear OS by Google system and the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor delivers all the essential smartwatch functionality you could need including Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS connectivity, Google Pay, Google Fit, Google Assistant and Google Maps.  The luxury smartwatch is also equipped with a huge ecosystem of apps including a wrist based heart rate monitor and four trademark apps designed by the Montblanc team: Cardio Coach, Body Energy, Sleep Tracker and Stress Tracker. The Cardio Coach app has been designed to give you personalised workout recommendations based on your current fitness level calculated by your VO2 max while the Body Energy app tracks your mental and physical exhaustion to show your current energy level. Meanwhile, the Montblanc sleep app tracks your sleep when you wear the Montblanc Summit Lite to bed giving you a detailed analysis of the length and quality of your sleep and lastly, the stress app tracks physical and mental stresses and offers advice on when you might need to slow down.
