You will be an excellent communicator and have an engaging telephone manner. You will be target driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in sharing your ideas and giving feedback. We have daily team meetings where we review progress and share our wins and struggles, so your input is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Converting customer enquiries into retail sales
  • Generating leads, enquiries and sales via email, live-chat and telephone

Due to fast expansion of our online business, a vacancy for an Online Order Management and Dispatch Assistant has arisen based at our Head Office in Ashbourne. With an aim to support the online sales team and optimise the website visitor experience, the role will be target and performance driven.

About you:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with online sales order processing including customer liaison both by phone and face to face and taking payments
  • Order management
  • Responsibility for receiving in customer returns and repairs.
  • Responsibility for dispatching a large volume of orders both within the UK and overseas
  • Chasing supplier deliveries
  • Working with stock team, workshop and stores and overseeing movement of stock for order fulfilment
  • Stock allocation
  • Payment checking
