The Raymond Weil Freelancer Skeleton watch highlights the high level of technique and authentic craftsmanship behind Genevan watchmaking. Its striking design, characterised by a bronze bezel, is leveraged further by the performance of a reliable automatic movement. Born from the watchmaker’s partnership with the Swiss movement manufacturer Sellita, the RW 1212, which takes its name from the digits of the manufacturer’s address in Switzerland, has a performance of 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers a 38 hour power reserve once away from the wrist. Its open balance wheel is exposed through the dial side of the watch, along with the rest of the elegantly decorated skeletonized movement. The depth of the movement is felt through the entire 42mm stainless steel construction of this Raymond Weil Freelancer watch, with further details exhibited through a sapphire backed case on the underside.
The Freelancer collection was first designed by Raymond Weil in 2007 and intended for the free-spirited man. A mix of sporty and modest tones in this Freelancer watch perpetuate a sense of masculinity and boldness, enhanced further by a bronze bezel that will develop a patina over time. The Raymond Weil Freelancer Skeleton watch is 100 meter water resistance and features an antique brown calf leather strap that adds a sense of character and charm to the wrist. Lastly, the strap’s stainless steel folding clasp with a double push security system has been meticulously engraved with the famous RW logo.
