Raymond Weil announce their collaboration with Gibson Brands with the launch of the Nabucco Gibson Limited Edition timepiece.
Gibon Brands is hailed ‘the fastest growing company in the music and sound industries’, which is ideal for the Raymond Weil musically minded timekeeping experts. Focusing in particular on the self-tuning Gibson SG Standard - a sleek, powerful, contemporary solid body electric guitar - the Limited Edition timepiece embodies the musical instrument in the latest release with design references that capture the essence of the guitar in a watch platform.

A black galvanic dial features six even grooves that neatly surround the three counters reflect the strings of the Gibson SG Standard; allowing for the rectangular markings that replace the traditional numbering system to effortlessly become the frets found on an electric guitar. The iconic Gibson logo and emblem sit proudly at 12 o’clock to signify the partnership that was responsible for createing this special edition. A definite black, silver and red colour way portrays a powerful, strong image that is enhanced by the oversized 46mm diameter steel case. Raymond Weil engineered the Nabucco design to be powered by a bespoke RW5010 mechanical chronograph self-winding mechanism with a 46 hour power reserve and features twenty-seven jewels. A sapphire glass caseback, which also celebrates the Gibson relationship exposes the movement exquisitely.
