Each B.R.M. timepiece is inspired by the world of car racing. V8-44 is made of the superfine 8/18 stainless steel. The watch is equipped with the Swiss-made Valjoux 7753 automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 27 bearing jewels. A date window is positioned between the 4 and 5 o'clock mark. Additional functionalities include chronograph, luminous hands and hour numerals, a chronograph reset button at 4 o'clock, lugs applied to case, extra light hands and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating. Race numerals add to the design of the dial.
