Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, Jura Watches will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to advise you of the lead time or offer you a suitable alternative product.
Title of goods
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods are paid for in full.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Checkout, bank transfer and finance.
Finance options are provided by V12 Finance, orders over £375 qualify for a choice of finance options. Details are available at the point of checkout. Please note that finance is a special offer promotion and is not available on some products such as Sinn watches and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Each product page will indicate if finance is available on that item.
Returns
You can either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our shops, please phone us to organise.
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return you item.
Please note some strap replacements are special order and can not be returned.
Please bring with you, your original receipt and the watch needs to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item must be returned in brand new condition. This refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for our stores policy's please contact the store directly. Sale items which are watches which were listed in our sale section and had a price reduction from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.
For UK Customers who spent more than £1,000 who want to post the item back then we will send you pre-paid packaging to send your watch back to us fully insured at our cost, you just have to drop it off at a local post office. Please email us from the link on the right to request a pre-paid returns package.
For orders under £1,000 or orders outside the UK, please post the item back to the following address, we would recommend sending it back Royal Mail special delivery.
