Goods, pricing availability and suitability
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, Jura Watches will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to advise you of the lead time or offer you a suitable alternative product.
Any items purchased on pre-order can only be cancelled and refunded after 30 days of the watch becoming physically available, otherwise the deposit is non refundable but may be used as a credit against any future purchases.
Title of goods
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods are paid for in full.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer and finance.
New watches have finance options are provided by V12 Finance, orders over £375 qualify for a choice of finance options. Details are available at the point of checkout. Please note that finance is a special offer promotion and is not available on some products such as Sinn watches or pre-owned watches and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Each product page will indicate if finance is available on that item.
You can either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our shops, please phone us to organise.
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return you item if bought online.
Items purchased online and picked up in store are returnable for store credit only.
Items purchased in store are returnable for store credit only.
Pre-Owned watches have 7 days return policy.
Sale items which are watches which were listed in our sale section and had a price reduction from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.
Please note some strap replacements are special order and can not be returned.
Please bring with you, your original receipt and the watch needs to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item and all packaging must be returned in brand new condition. This refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for our stores policy's please contact the store directly. Any damage to the watch on arrival needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the watch.
Simply post the item back to the following address, we would recommend sending it back using Royal Mail special delivery. For orders under £1,000 the return cost is covered by the customer, Orders over £1,000 we will cover the cost to return, using Royal Mail Special Delivery up to £10. Please note that any additional insurance taken out is at the customers expense.

We aim to process the refund the same day we receive it but please allow up to 7 days for this to be processed.
Please note that if an external repairer has been used and you choose to reject the estimate there would be a return undone fee from the brand that you would have to pay. This starts from £20 but is dependent on brand and location. This is to cover postage cost & the brand’s admin fee. Please note that we are not making anything on this, this is just to cover our direct costs.

We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, rarely an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If a pricing error is discovered or an order is placed at the erroneous price we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
