Just like other Bremont watches, the BC-S2 is inspired by traditional military aviation instruments. All watches from the range are equipped with BE-36AE, modified ETA 2836 movement, which performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 25 bearing jewels. A 38-hour power reserve is available for the convenience of the wearer. Other characteristics include glucydur balance, Anachron balance spring and Nivaflex 1 mainspring. The movement is certified by Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronométres (COSC) – the Swiss institute that tests chronometers. A day and date display is positioned at the 6 o'clock mark. Additional features include luminous dial elements, hardened stainless steel case with Bremont Trip-Trick construction and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
