The B-42 Flieger Automatic Chronograph is part of the Fortis B-42 collection, which is characterized by beautiful geometrical dial patterns. The watch is equipped with Swiss-made Valjoux 7750 automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 25 bearing jewels. Other movement characteristics include a fine timing device and Incabloc shock absorber. A day and date window is positioned at the 3 o'clock mark. The watch's chronograph comes with a 60-second, a 30-minute and a 12-hour counter. Hands, numerals and indices are covered with luminous paint that enhances readability in the dark. Additional useful features include tachymeter scale, pusher protection, see-through case back, crown with the Fortis logo and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
