The B-42 Flieger Black Day/Date timepiece is a limited edition item – only 2012 such watches were created. It is equipped with Swiss-made ETA 2836-2 automatic calibre that performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 26 bearing jewels. Other characteristics include fine timing device and Incabloc shock absorber. A date window is positioned at 3 o'clock and a day window is available at the 9 o'clock mark. Indicators are bilingual, coming both in English and German. Hands and indices are covered with luminous paint that increases readability in the dark. Additional useful functionalities include steel PVD black case, see-through case back, individual numbering and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
